Hosting, domains and paid third-party services are separate. Ongoing updates and any content editing system are agreed in your quote.
BEFORE YOU SEND A BRIEF
The starting prices cover the scopes shown above, using your supplied content and assets. Extra pages, new artwork, complex animation or custom integrations can increase the quote. We agree the total and deliverables before work starts; changes need a separate agreement.
The target is one month from the agreed start date, once the brief, content and assets are ready. Timely consolidated feedback keeps that schedule workable. We confirm the delivery date before starting; custom work or scope changes may need longer.
Your approved copy, logo, artwork, screenshots, trailer link and destination links. We help you organize them and identify gaps. New asset creation, substantial copywriting, 3D modeling, rigging and film production are quoted separately.
Tell us the one thing you need most. We can review whether a smaller update or a reduced scope is workable. The free launch checklist can also help you decide what to improve first.
We include launch setup and handover guidance. Domain registration, hosting, email-tool subscriptions and other third-party charges are separate. We agree any content editing system, post-launch support period and ongoing updates in the quote.
We agree the payment schedule with you before work begins and include it in the written scope. Sending a brief does not take payment or book a production slot.
