One useful resource.
When you request the checklist, Twined uses your email to deliver the PDF and handle delivery problems. Requesting the PDF does not subscribe you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence.
What we save
We save your email address, the checklist version, the request time and delivery status in Cloudflare D1. Resend processes the delivery email. We also temporarily store a hashed network address to limit automated requests; we do not save your raw IP address in the checklist database.
How long we keep it
Checklist request and delivery records are removed from our website database after 90 days by routine cleanup, which runs when the site receives traffic. The network hash is cleared after seven days by the same process. Email delivery providers may keep their own operational records under their policies.
Your choice
We use these details for the requested resource, not unsolicited follow-up. To ask about your information or request deletion sooner, email Jon@twined.io from the address you used.
On your device
The checklist form does not store your email in browser storage or add advertising cookies. It keeps an unfinished request in memory only while the page is open.
